This enables you to enjoy the benefits of refractive eye surgery treatment within the scope of the agreed rate, conveniently and without having to make any advance payment of the agreed rate-related cost commitments of DKV Luxembourg S.A.

- Request for transfer of costs
During your consultation in one of the abovementioned treatment centres, you fill in and sign the claim form and send it directly from the treatment centre to DKV Luxembourg. Once the application has been checked, DKV Luxembourg sends the approval of costs for treatment directly to the treatment centre. This enables them to immediately schedule your treatment appointment.
- Direct settlement
Once DKV Luxembourg has approved the costs for treatment, your refractive eye surgery treatment can then take place.
DKV Luxembourg then settles directly with the respective treatment centre in accordance with the cover provided in your rate. You pay any excess above the amount of your benefit coverage.
You automatically receive in yourDKV customer portal the approval of cost transfer as well as the service statement with the confirmation that DKV Luxembourg has paid the invoice.
